A Celebration for the Boys and Girl's Club

These 4 couples bid on our dinner auction item in support of the Boy's and Girl's Club of Holland. What a wonderful evening we all had!

Sliced pears, gorgonzola cheese, arugula, wrapped in prosciutto, topped with toasted pecans and drizzled with 18 year balsamic. A perfect amuse bouche!!
