Blueberry and Corn Salsa

In Michigan there are so many wonderful places to pick blueberries!

Two wonderful blueberry appetizers

BRIE & BLUEBERRIES Place a chunk of brie into a phyllo cup place toasted walnuts on top and pour a little honey on the walnuts. Top with a few blueberries and bake them in a 350 oven for about 5-10 minutes.

CORN AND BLUEBERRY SALSA: Cut fresh corn off cob and mix with green onions, basil or cilantro , blueberries and lemon. Serve with blue chips.
