Personal Chef Services

We will schedule an interview with potential clients to discuss food likes and dislikes, allergies, health concerns, etc.  She will then create a custom menu for the client based on their personal needs and desires.  A series of cook days will then be scheduled at your home or vacation home.  Cook days may be scheduled as often as once per week, bi-weekly, or on a monthly basis, dependent on the individual client’s needs.

 

All personal chef service fees include:

•   One-on-one assessment to determine your taste preferences,

     allergy requirements and which service best suits your needs
•   Customized recipe research and menu planning
•   Grocery shopping for fresh ingredients
•   Pantry items such as spices, vinegars and oils
•   Travel to your home or vacation home
•   Meal preparation
•   Packing, labeling and storing of meals with detailed heating instructions
•   Kitchen cleanup

The weekly package includes up to four servings of 3-5 different entrées and an appropriate side dish depending on your families needs.

In addition to the weekly package we can also prepare a variety of baked goods, breakfast items, and snack items on your service date.

 

This service will guarantee that your refrigerator is stocked with healthy foods for you and your family to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. 

For this service we will pack your refrigerator and cabinets with healthy snacks you can eat at home or take on the road. Homemade granola and baked goods, nuts, cut up vegetables, homemade dips, muffins are some of the examples you can choose from.

 

This is a perfect service for those of you who need healthy snacks and portion control.

Don’t have time to stop at the store and wait in line? Does the winter weather challenge your ability to get out and about? Do you still enjoy cooking for yourself and family?

 

Donna offers a shopping service where she will do the shopping for you. She will purchase the freshest and finest ingredients, deliver the groceries to your house and put them away.

My goal is to make your meals as flavorful as possible while maximizing their nutritional value.  I focus on fresh ingredients, emphasizing ingredients’ natural flavors through healthy cooking techniques.

 

In keeping with the goals of flavorful and nutrition-filled meals, menus highlight seasonal items. Fresh ingredients are at their finest when they are harvested at their seasonal peak. Because I believe in sharing and enjoying that bounty, my menu offerings rotate throughout the year as my ingredients do. However, there will always be a few staples that I don’t believe in going without for a whole year!
